Cancellation & Booking Policy A non-refundable deposit is required to secure every appointment. This deposit goes toward the total cost of your service and is not transferable to another date if the cancellation policy is not followed. We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in the loss of your deposit. • No-shows will be charged 100% of the service cost and may be required to pay in full to book future appointments. Grace Period: There is a 10-minute grace period for all appointments. If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may be canceled and considered a no-show, and the deposit will be forfeited. These policies are in place to protect the time and commitments of both clients and service providers. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
